Our instructors are passionate about fitness, movement, and helping others feel their absolute best. Each coach brings their own unique expertise to the studio, but they all share a commitment to creating an uplifting, empowering environment. Each Instructor has an extensive background in the fitness industry and have Bachalors degrees in exercises scienvce along with many diffrent certifications. Whether you're looking for guidance, accountability, or a custom plan, our team is here for you every step of the way.

Pilates Classes

  • Founder and Instructor of Pilato

    Tori holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Athletic Psychology from Marian University, where she also competed in Olympic weightlifting. She’s certified in NASM, Pre & Postnatal Fitness, and Pilates, blending strength training and mindful movement to support women through every season of life. Tori is passionate about creating empowering, sustainable fitness experiences that help women feel strong, confident, and connected to their bodies.

    Matt King earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Business from Marian University, where he also competed on the Olympic weightlifting team. He holds certifications in NASM, Parisi Speed School, and USA Weightlifting. With a deep passion for strength training, Matt believes the sport can elevate athletic performance across any discipline and serve as a powerful, lifelong practice for individuals at any stage of life. His coaching blends technical precision with a love for helping others grow stronger, inside and out.
