One class a week that you can choose to come to at our studio Friday or Saturday
Friday: 6:15am and 4:15pm
Saturday: 10:30am and 5:30pm

Targeted Pilates workouts focusing on sculpting and strengthening glutes and legs
Four weeks of expert-led sessions (Fridays & Saturdays, once a week)
