Opening on April 14th 2024, Pilato was started by Tori King with a passion to make fitness accessible to all walks of life. No one should be limited to achieving their health and wellness goals because of what cards life has delt them with. Tori takes a personable approach to all clientele to make sure they are comfortable, progressing, and welcomed. No matter the age, skill level, or background.
What Is Pilates?
Pilates is a low-impact, precision based workout that strengthens your entire body with a strong emphasis on your deep core muscles. This is often referred to as the “powerhouse.” Through controlled, flowing movements and focused breathing, it builds strength, flexibility, mobility, and better posture while improving overall body awareness. What sets Pilates apart from other forms of exercise like yoga is its focus on dynamic core stability, balanced muscle development, and functional strength. While yoga often emphasizes flexibility and holding static poses, Pilates is all about controlled movement, spinal mobility, alignment, and building a strong, stable center that supports everything you do in daily life.

We offer flexible Pilates training that fits into your real life. Join our weekly live-streamed online classes remotely from the comfort of your home, or access our constantly growing library of on demand sessions you can do anytime. Our classes focus on building core strength, improving mobility, posture, and body awareness through controlled, low-impact movements. No need to worry about equipment, most classes only require a mat. You’ll receive clear coaching, form guidance, and encouragement in every session.
